It will provide know how of all types of Infrared to Ultra Violet sources, and lasers with their applications in various fields. It will be equipped with all updated facilities for the measurement, testing, evaluation and calibration. Reference Books, Text Books, and Journals and Periodicals from all over the world will be provided in this Academy. It will serve as a Research & Reference Academy for all students pursuing higher studies and aiming at research and inventions.

It also aims at creating a self sustained, conducive, encouraging & utterly positive environment and a live ambience that would assist in all the above processes of 'making miracles happen' ensuring in outcome, the creation of business opportunities & scientific innovations & technological marvel.

AIM
The aim to provide knowledge and develop professionals in Lighting field including Illumination Engineering.

OBJECTIVE
Objective of the course is to prepare the engineers and scientists with thorough knowledge in Infrared to UV sources, Lasers with their drivers applications for design, development, manufacture of all types of lighting products used not only in illumination engineering but in all disciplines of science and technology. Our students will enjoy the leadership positions in these areas. The course will provide in-depth knowledge on different type of light sources and their technology.
